New Source Review Permitting Resources
DAQ has guidance, forms, and flow diagrams to help you through the NSR permitting process. The permitting group recommends that you review the Notice of Intent (NOI) Guide and then complete the pre-NOI checklist and schedule a pre-NOI meeting prior to completing your NOI.

If you are familiar with the NSR permitting process, the recommended forms to submit with your NOI are on the "NOI Forms" page, however, it is still recommended that you complete a pre-NOI checklist and schedule a pre-NOI meeting prior to completing you NOI.
