Part H BYU Units 4 and 6
NOx limits for Units #4 and #6 were inadvertently omitted and replaced with stack testing frequencies. These are the corrected conditions (B. and C.) that appear in Subsection IX.H. 13 a.ii.
Part H KUC UPP Missing Page
Condition iii. pertaining to Unit 4 at the Utah Power Plant was truncated. The omitted portion begins at iii.B, and would appear following condition iii. A of Subsection IX.H.12 l.
